This includes understanding the tone of your emails, the urgency you assign to different types of requests, and how you naturally organize your work.

During onboarding, Alteris helps you articulate your goals and values explicitly. These aren't just stored preferences. They become the foundation for every decision recommendation and task prioritization. When Alteris analyzes your email and identifies tasks, it evaluates each one against your stated goals and values to determine what truly matters.

For example, if you've stated that "Work-Life Balance" is a core value, Alteris will recognize when a task threatens that balance and flag it accordingly.
